What is Circle of Love?

This is an 8 week online self-healing program delivered live that is designed for overthinking, ambitious and spiritual women looking to experience a higher perspective on love through the process of healing the heart. It is a bilingual program delivered in Arabic and English, where we meet up for 75-90 minutes each week to practice and discuss the exercises and prompts on the 7 superpower heart virtues that lead our lives from the program called Heart Centered Leadership designed by Danielle Laporte – a member of Oprah’s super soul 100.

What is the Goal Behind the Circle of Love?

The goal is to create a safe space for self-love and self-nourishment that will uplift our spirits and heal our inner pain with high-quality experiences such as virtue alignments, meditations, self-understanding shadow work journaling prompts, and much more leaving us with a feeling of being refreshed and re-energized from the daily hustle and bustle of life. The program includes all the pdf material and audios that will help you learn how to process your own feelings and emotions.

These meetings have a powerful and lasting effect that will positively influence our relationships with ourselves and with our loved ones. You will leave feeling lighter and refreshed with new enthusiasm and a shift in perspective. You will have the chance to shift your thoughts from shame, blame and guilt towards joy, freedom and feeling good about yourself and your life. Together we unlearn old habits of thinking and move through the wound-to-healing sequence to self forgiveness.

What is the content of the Program ?

each week we will Discover one of the 7 superpowers of the heart by listening to a short audio by danielle laporte. we will have a group discussion on what they mean to us and then dive into a meditation and a shadow work journalling prompt or meditation that will help us uncover what lies within us that is ready to be healed. there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Meetings are weekly running for 75-90 minutes every wednesday. Timings are in Kuwait time and are subject to change with notice:
